Guerrilla Gardening by Canadian street artist Posterchild. A friend got me an awesome book on this interesting form of street art. Posterchild usually vandalized flyer boxes like this one, but here he decided to show that "forgotten pieces of urban furniture may be used to beautify the streets."

I love this furniture. It reminds me of this one time when I was lying in moss and fell asleep. When I awoke there were bugs and spiders crawling all over me. I wonder if they thought of that while designing the chairs. hmmm?
ReplyDeleteIt also reminds me of how I got my scar on my forehead. My grandma-dukes had a concrete/grass club chair in her yard and when I was a wee-Julie I slammed my little forehead into it. HA
